Hello everyone,

I'm excited to share some updates on my upcoming book, From Generative AI to Ubuntu: A Vision for Zimbabwe’s Technological Renaissance. This project has been a journey of deep research, reflection, and an immense passion for contributing to the technological advancement of our beloved Zimbabwe.

Current Status:

• Research: We’ve completed extensive research on how Generative AI can be harmonized with the principles of Ubuntu to create sustainable technological solutions tailored for Africa.
• Writing: The first two chapters are now complete! These chapters introduce the concepts of Generative AI and Ubuntu, laying the groundwork for the rest of the book.
• Design: We are working on a cover design that captures the essence of innovation and tradition, blending the modern with the deeply rooted cultural philosophies of Ubuntu.

Upcoming Milestones:

• Completion of the next three chapters, which will delve deeper into case studies and real-world applications of these concepts.
• Finalizing the book’s foreword and acknowledgments.
